Our crew arrived on time at the beginning of our window and started working immediately. They loaded the trailer efficiently, using all the vertical space so items wouldn't move around in transit.
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.
They took great pains to pack our fine cookware and dishes. So we unpacked all the boxes over a weekend, and not a single glass or dish was broken.

Moving heavy solid oak bed furniture down a small staircase is a difficult job, but the movers completed it with care and did so safely, without any damage to the stairs, walls or furniture.
Good overall service. We were told we would receive the delivery in 3 to 5 days, and the truck arrived on day two, so we were able to move into our new house early.
I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!
