Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
Several of my boxes appeared to have been handled roughly during the move. I noticed some items needed extra attention when I unpacked them. I expected the movers to take more care with household belongings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
They made carrying heavy furniture into a third-floor apartment look effortless. I was amazed at how smoothly they maneuvered through narrow doorways without damage. Their skill and teamwork made the whole move much easier than expected.
We'd been told that we needed to relocate our office to a new building and it was a massive undertaking with lots of machinery and information that we needed to be careful about. The movers brought lots of packing supplies, including boxes of all sizes, crates for the electronics, and bubble wrap. Well done!
I moved out of my apartment into a house, and the movers were fantastic. They wrapped fragile pieces, lifted heavy furniture carefully, and finished much faster than I thought. The transition felt far more relaxed than usual.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
Worst experience with moving company do not use. Literally from start told me they would pick up on Wednesday called several times to confirm date and time then tried to change my date to Thursday only one guy showed up 6 hrs late and alone when it was supposed to be a team, my belongings where to be delivered Friday 2 days later then got changed to delivery on Monday which is today and now they are saying 2-3 more days meanwhile my children are sleeping on the floor because we don’t have our beds and dnt know when we will be getting our things as they still have not been delivered and there has been no clear communication from Menards moving and storage on exactly when will be getting our belongings 🤬😤🤬😤
Menards Moving & Storage really impressed me during our commercial move. They worked quickly without cutting corners and handled both heavy shelving and delicate merchandise equally well. Their planning made it possible to reopen our store sooner than we thought. I've worked with movers before, but this team was on another level of efficiency and professionalism.
We were clearing out a house after an estate sale, and what was left had to be packed and taken to three different locations. The movers kept track of which boxes went where and double-checked everything with us before leaving. It was a complicated request, but they handled it as if it were routine. Their organization and patience made a stressful day feel more manageable.
My wife and I moved out of our first home and into something a bit bigger as our family is growing. We had cribs, toys, a lot of furniture, and way too many boxes from the garage. The movers worked around the clutter, kept everything clean, and helped get things into the right rooms. They made a stressful day feel way more manageable.
