I've transitioned through many places but this was by far the most incredible experience. The crew arrived early - a pleasant surprise. They got to work right away and impressed me with their speed and efficiency in packing all my belongings. One of the guys knew his way around to get things in the right place. The wrapping and packing of my electronics were so tight and nothing got damaged. They made it a very stressful day go off without a hitch.
My landlord gave me only five days to move. I thought there was no way it could happen. James arranged everything fast. The carrier picked up my stuff on the exact day I needed. The delivery came right when they promised. I didn’t lose a single night of sleep over timing.
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
I wasn't moving a whole house, just a studio with a lot of artwork. I worried they wouldn't take me seriously. But they built a plan just for me. My artwork arrived safely, and nothing was damaged. That gave me peace of mind.
One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.

So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
The movers packed my board games in very sturdy boxes. After asking which ones were the most delicate, the moving staff placed them in containers with foam separators and covered each box with plastic wrap to prevent the lids from opening. To avoid crushing, they stacked the boxes horizontally at the new location. I'm thrilled that my valuable arrived undamaged.
This was an amazing moving experience, I just had to post! This team was early which was a good sign. They worked with a system that was very efficient. They covered my furniture with blankets and they even took apart some big furniture such as my dining table. They did the extra step to ensure my plants were placed in a secure location. Once they arrived at the new location, they put everything just where I wanted it.
