Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.
We'd been told that we needed to relocate our office to a new building and it was a massive undertaking with lots of machinery and information that we needed to be careful about. The movers brought lots of packing supplies, including boxes of all sizes, crates for the electronics, and bubble wrap. Well done!
My family and I run a home-based business. We were relocating and we decided to hire movers from Menards Moving. They packed our home possessions as well as business equipment/gear with the same level of care and precision. Everything was delivered on time to the new place and the crew even helped us set up our business equipment after delivery. Our business operations never came to a halt! We cannot thank them enough!
I had to move across the city due to my sudden job transfer. Thankfully, this company came to my rescue! My mover operator carefully tailored a plan, the movers wrapped up my possessions in a day, and delivered everything on schedule. I settled in comfortably and began work easily thanks to them!
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
Several of my boxes appeared to have been handled roughly during the move. I noticed some items needed extra attention when I unpacked them. I expected the movers to take more care with household belongings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
James and his team were fantastic. They packed and moved all my things with great care. I have a lot of mid-century furniture and crystal, and I was worried something might break, but everything arrived in perfect condition. They moved everything into a three-story townhouse and worked for 11 hours. They were cheerful, thoughtful, and very careful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
These guys were like superheroes! They managed to get huge pieces of furniture up a narrow staircase at my sister's new place without any complaints. Every time we told them about a large item that needed to go upstairs, they handled it skillfully. They even moved some really heavy blacksmithing materials and got a big fridge through tight doors and down old, wobbly stairs. Everything was done quickly and efficiently with no damage. 10/10 Recommend!!! Super hardworking men, they were amazing!!!
Today’s move with Menards was great. They arrived on time and were very professional and fast. Everyone on the team was polite and did a great job. We’ll definitely use them again if we move in the future.
We had another fantastic experience with Menards! This is the fourth time we've used them, and we’ve always been extremely happy with their service. Edward team was incredibly efficient, moving us into a two-bedroom house without bumping a single door. We are so pleased and won’t use any other movers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10!! Thank you!
