Super professional and fast service.

So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.

If I could do zero star I would.

The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.

Loved them!

Had a great experience with them! The weather changed last minute on moving day, and it started pouring right before loading. To my relief, their moving crew showed up with extra plastic wrap and floor runners, and they worked fast without tracking in mud or getting anything wet. They wrapped it all up superbly. I’m beyond pleased!

The CEO asked us to REMOVE our Review

The CEO asked us to REMOVE our Review Update: The Owner of the company, Menard himself, called us on Sunday (7/6) asking us to remove our review and that if we did, he’ll work on making sure we get our stuff sooner than later. He said, “I make S*** happen, I’m the owner of the company.” He then promises, after talking to the moving company, that our stuff will be delivered by Wednesday (7/9) without a shadow of a doubt. Here we are Wednesday night and not even a call from the moving company or him. I called him and he now tells me it will be delivered Thursday or Friday! DO NOT TRUST this company. They DO NOT keep their WORD. Since he couldn’t hold his end of the deal, my Review is going back up, below is what I wrote before. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a scam. They picked up my furniture at the end of May and promised delivery by the first week of June. It's now JULY, and I still don't have my belongings. Every time we call, they give a different excuse or avoid answering altogether. They are LIARS. We trusted the process in good faith and have been met with nothing but dishonesty, the run-around, stress, and delay. BELIEVE the 1-star reviews — they're ALL TRUE. The 5-star reviews are fake or paid for, this is the worst moving company we've ever encountered. They are unprofessional, unethical, and should not be allowed to operate. I'm taking legal action, filing complaints with the FMCSA and BBB, and I strongly encourage others to do the same. Save yourself the nightmare. And before you respond with "we're just a broker," save it. If you're the broker, you're responsible for who you hire. If you choose to work with shady carriers, that’s because YOU are a shady broker. That's on you. You don't get to take the money and wash your hands of the rest. Own it. PLEASE, save yourself the trouble and Do NOT hire Menards Moving & Storage or Blue Diamond Movers. You will regret it.

I've moved a lot, but this was the most enjoyable experience I've ever had. All my delicate plates, glasses, and decorations arrived undamaged because the movers took such care. The unpacking process was made much easier by their clear markings on each box, which helped me identify what was inside. They secured everything in the truck and worked quickly.

Everything went smoothly

David and his crew managed the arrangements well, even though we had to split our relocation across two homes. The group labeled each item precisely and meticulously organized the furniture, office supplies, and kitchenware by destination. We paid special attention to our treasures and houseplants. Not a single item went missing. It resembled a skillfully executed dance.

It all worked out well!

These are some of the movers to consider. The crew turned up on time, respected your privacy, and were dressed in clean uniforms and arrived in a clean truck. They were very careful with packing, added extra bubble wrap and padding for my fragile items, and treated all things with such care. I was amazed at their willingness to use the correct tools to take apart my big furniture units when instead they would push them through narrow doorways. They also tidied up after themselves, sweeping up the small pieces of packing material. Really appreciated the extra effort.

They did a great job from start to end.

Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
