Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
Someone called me to follow up after I called Menards Moving & Storage. The dates she gave me were undoubtedly false. It took a total of thirty-two days for my products to arrive. I've moved a lot, but this was the worst experience I've ever had.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
I had to get out of my apartment way faster than I thought, and I was totally panicking about the timeline. Edward and his team jumped right in and handled all the logistics on really short notice without any issues. I was worried nobody would be able to help that quickly, but they used their resources to find a solution that worked for my tight deadline. The coordination was great, and they kept me posted every day. It's hard to find people who are reliable.
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
We'd been told that we needed to relocate our office to a new building and it was a massive undertaking with lots of machinery and information that we needed to be careful about. The movers brought lots of packing supplies, including boxes of all sizes, crates for the electronics, and bubble wrap. Well done!
A job transfer meant relocating several states away with very little room for error. I gave the new address, expected start date, and household details. The move was mapped out based on that information, including realistic travel timing. The booking process was simpler. I wasn't left wondering how the move would be handled. The route and schedule were clearly outlined before I agreed.
I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!
The best move I made was having them organize the unpacking part of my relocation. After driving all day, the last thing I wanted to do was open a hundred boxes, but they had a plan ready to get me settled in fast. They organized the whole process, so my kitchen and beds were all ready to go on the very first night. It saved me so much physical labor, and I could actually relax. They really go the extra mile to make sure the end of the move is actually smooth.
I've transitioned through many places but this was by far the most incredible experience. The crew arrived early - a pleasant surprise. They got to work right away and impressed me with their speed and efficiency in packing all my belongings. One of the guys knew his way around to get things in the right place. The wrapping and packing of my electronics were so tight and nothing got damaged. They made it a very stressful day go off without a hitch.
