Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
I was disappointed with the overall experience. Communication was inconsistent, and several promised updates were never provided. The process took longer than expected and caused unnecessary frustration.
Several of my boxes appeared to have been handled roughly during the move. I noticed some items needed extra attention when I unpacked them. I expected the movers to take more care with household belongings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
The company also checked in from the office during the move to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if I needed anything, which I really appreciated. From booking the reservation to getting everything safely moved from one house to the other, the entire process was easy and stress free. I can’t say enough good things about this team. I would 100% recommend them to anyone, and if I had to do it all over again, I would hire them again without hesitation. They truly made the whole experience a great one!
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
This is my second time using Menards Moving & Storage and I can’t recommend them enough. Very clear booking process, clear communications, straightforward with no hidden ad on fees- just easy when you’re already stressed from moving. Two strong professional young men, Paul and Esy did a fantastic job moving my sewing studio out of a 115yr old building’s upper floor. I have lots of finicky and fragile items and everything was handled smoothly with great care. They were early and were even awesome at Tetris in my storage unit.
I was in a stressful time for moving, and they were able to help me out, and I appreciate it. They were able to explain what I needed to know, make the forms and paperwork easy to understand, and keep communication easy. This helped me to feel less overwhelmed.
I had an excellent experience moving with Menards overall. The crew goes over what's included, what to anticipate, and how the relocation process operates. I felt more relaxed after speaking with them.
One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
