We made a move of several hundred miles; we were apprehensive about transporting fragile articles. The team does an amazing job packing our dishes, mirrors and decorations very well. Surprisingly, none of my delicate belongings were damaged on the journey. It was worth it for us just for that.
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
Very disappointed with this moving company. The crew arrived late and seemed unprepared for the job. The move took much longer than expected, and communication was poor throughout the process.
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!
We had Gustavo and David who were so kind and helpful! They even helped us figure out where to put the furniture in our new space as we were figuring out the layout. I took an extended lunch break and got everything done during that time and they helped us put together some of the furniture too. This was an awesome experience and I will be back with them next time I move. We love love love Menards Moving & Storage
We'd been told that we needed to relocate our office to a new building and it was a massive undertaking with lots of machinery and information that we needed to be careful about. The movers brought lots of packing supplies, including boxes of all sizes, crates for the electronics, and bubble wrap. Well done!
Andrés’ team was absolutely fantastic! So friendly, super careful with everything, and incredibly reliable. They made the whole moving process smooth and stress-free. You can really tell they care about what they do. 100% recommend them!
These are some of the movers to consider. The crew turned up on time, respected your privacy, and were dressed in clean uniforms and arrived in a clean truck. They were very careful with packing, added extra bubble wrap and padding for my fragile items, and treated all things with such care. I was amazed at their willingness to use the correct tools to take apart my big furniture units when instead they would push them through narrow doorways. They also tidied up after themselves, sweeping up the small pieces of packing material. Really appreciated the extra effort.
