Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
We moved our son to his first apartment this weekend and Menards Moving & Storage was great. Friendly staff from the beginning with Lavi being very responsive with pricing/quote to the movers who came to pack him up and bring him to his new home! The movers were professional and clean. All for a great price! Would highly recommend
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
The team arrived before time and worked with impeccable efficiency. They treated my home and belongings with the utmost respect throughout the entire process. These Three workers are truly in a league of their own-hardworking, professional, and genuinely careful. If you want a stress-free move, this is the crew to hire! juan, you and the guys were totally awesome!
One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.
Moving old parents to the new house required good communication. The representative who helped me was very patient and arranged my move to my parents' preferred dates. The movers were attentive with delicate pieces such as porcelain decorations, framed memories and bedroom furniture. The support team was always there and kept me up to date as I asked them about moving.
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
We'd been told that we needed to relocate our office to a new building and it was a massive undertaking with lots of machinery and information that we needed to be careful about. The movers brought lots of packing supplies, including boxes of all sizes, crates for the electronics, and bubble wrap. Well done!
I've transitioned through many places but this was by far the most incredible experience. The crew arrived early - a pleasant surprise. They got to work right away and impressed me with their speed and efficiency in packing all my belongings. One of the guys knew his way around to get things in the right place. The wrapping and packing of my electronics were so tight and nothing got damaged. They made it a very stressful day go off without a hitch.
From the rep who helped us set up the move — Bernard, who was incredibly helpful — to getting the COIs for both buildings, to the crew themselves, everything was seamless. Lucian and his team were not only considerate with our things and easy to work with, but genuinely kind people. They moved our entire apartment from Brooklyn to the Upper West Side in less than half a day.
