Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
The movers showed great professionalism from the moment they arrived. They treated my home with respect, protected my furniture, and handled every box carefully. The entire move was completed on time without any issues. It was a wonderful experience overall.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
I've transitioned through many places but this was by far the most incredible experience. The crew arrived early - a pleasant surprise. They got to work right away and impressed me with their speed and efficiency in packing all my belongings. One of the guys knew his way around to get things in the right place. The wrapping and packing of my electronics were so tight and nothing got damaged. They made it a very stressful day go off without a hitch.
Clark was able to get us scheduled and followed up throughout the process to ensure we were satisfied with each step. Julius and crew were thorough and worked diligently to ensure our expectations were met. They worked extremely hard and fast to stay within the estimated timeline. We highly recommend FFMS for any move. Thanks again for the great service!
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
We'd been told that we needed to relocate our office to a new building and it was a massive undertaking with lots of machinery and information that we needed to be careful about. The movers brought lots of packing supplies, including boxes of all sizes, crates for the electronics, and bubble wrap. Well done!
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
The team completed the move, but they did not pay enough attention to detail. Some furniture was not wrapped properly, resulting in small marks and scratches. I expected better care.
I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!
Very efficient, very communicative, in command, and cautious. The day started off with a little bit of rain, there were a few oddball items that weren't quoted, stairs at both properties, and these guys absolutely went the extra mile with smiles on their faces. They were super kind, fast, considerate and respectful. I will definitely never use another company again based on the professionalism that these gentlemen embodied. 5 stars only because I can't leave more.
