Communication was one of the biggest issues. I had trouble getting updates before the move, and the crew arrived without explaining the delays. It made an already stressful day even more difficult.
This was an amazing moving experience, I just had to post! This team was early which was a good sign. They worked with a system that was very efficient. They covered my furniture with blankets and they even took apart some big furniture such as my dining table. They did the extra step to ensure my plants were placed in a secure location. Once they arrived at the new location, they put everything just where I wanted it.
While the move was completed, the experience was not a positive one. There were scheduling issues, and the service lacked the professionalism I was hoping for.
They wrapped everything, stacked all the boxes and furniture into pallets and helped secure the pallets to the container. It was a lot of stuff, and as you can see from the photo, they had to lift everything five feet into the container. I'm grateful for these guys and their help!
We had two kids and a dog, and had to cope with that, and we had to move several states away. We were able to get the family settled and put away our furniture and boxes, with Menards Moving handling the delivery. The crew was very patient, very polite and very careful about the kids' furniture!
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and extremely careful with our belongings. We added the packing service for our kitchen and closets, and we were truly impressed by how organized and efficient they were. Everything was packed with care and attention to detail. We also used their concierge service, and it was incredibly helpful. Having that extra layer of support made the entire process feel organized and stress-free. It truly elevated the experience.
These are some of the movers to consider. The crew turned up on time, respected your privacy, and were dressed in clean uniforms and arrived in a clean truck. They were very careful with packing, added extra bubble wrap and padding for my fragile items, and treated all things with such care. I was amazed at their willingness to use the correct tools to take apart my big furniture units when instead they would push them through narrow doorways. They also tidied up after themselves, sweeping up the small pieces of packing material. Really appreciated the extra effort.
