I moved out of my apartment into a house, and the movers were fantastic. They wrapped fragile pieces, lifted heavy furniture carefully, and finished much faster than I thought. The transition felt far more relaxed than usual.
I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!
We were clearing out a house after an estate sale, and what was left had to be packed and taken to three different locations. Worst experience with moving company do not use. Literally from start told me they would pick up on Wednesday called several times to confirm date and time then tried to change my date to Thursday only one guy showed up 6 hrs late and alone when it was supposed to be a team, my belongings where to be delivered Friday 2 days later then got changed to delivery on Monday which is today and now they are saying 2-3 more days meanwhile my children are sleeping on the floor because we don’t have our beds and dnt know when we will be getting our things as they still have not been delivered and there has been no clear communication from Menards moving and storage on exactly when will be getting our belongings 🤬😤🤬😤
I've transitioned through many places but this was by far the most incredible experience. The crew arrived early - a pleasant surprise. They got to work right away and impressed me with their speed and efficiency in packing all my belongings. One of the guys knew his way around to get things in the right place. The wrapping and packing of my electronics were so tight and nothing got damaged. They made it a very stressful day go off without a hitch.
They made carrying heavy furniture into a third-floor apartment look effortless. I was amazed at how smoothly they maneuvered through narrow doorways without damage. Their skill and teamwork made the whole move much easier than expected.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.

Their planning made it possible to reopen our store sooner than we thought. I've worked with movers before, but this team was on another level of efficiency and professionalism.
We'd been told that we needed to relocate our office to a new building and it was a massive undertaking with lots of machinery and information that we needed to be careful about. The movers brought lots of packing supplies, including boxes of all sizes, crates for the electronics, and bubble wrap. Well done!
