They gave us a tidy packing of our kitchen stuff. Each plate was placed on top of one another on specially designed dish-pack boxes, and the glassware was individually wrapped, with thick paper padding between each plate. When we unpacked at the new house, it was easy because each box had a precise name, and the contents were clearly labeled by the room in the house.

Top-notch!

Overall, a good, stable service. The crew was efficient and polite, and without any complaints, they moved our heavy equipment (commercial-grade treadmill and weight rack, etc.) without damaging any floors. Before they left, they did everything necessary to keep it all secure in the trailer, and I would feel good recommending them for any interstate move.

Super professional and fast service.

So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.

Very happy customer.

Solid 5-star experience! I worked a lot and wasn't sure how I would get the move done. However, the movers did everything possible. They arrived while I was still at work and were very thorough with packing, arranging everything carefully so I didn't have to take time off. I will definitely rehire them!

Very Smooth Transition!

This was an amazing moving experience, I just had to post! This team was early which was a good sign. They worked with a system that was very efficient. They covered my furniture with blankets and they even took apart some big furniture such as my dining table. They did the extra step to ensure my plants were placed in a secure location. Once they arrived at the new location, they put everything just where I wanted it.

It all worked out well!

I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!

Worst Experience. Horrible customer service. Fraudulent sales reps.

I spoke with sales rep Ray Barnett and he told me this was risk free and I would be eligible for a refund for canceling my services. He said this MULTIPLE times both when I was calling for an estimate and AGAIN when I called to cancel ( more than a week out from my move) A few days later I get a call from someone named John who told me i would not be getting a refund and if I tried to dispute it with my CC company, he would get lawyers involved and would get the money anyway. I take responsibility that it was in my contract that cancelation had to be within 48 hours of booking, but i was told MULTIPLE times that I would be able to get my money back before signing anything by sales rep Ray Barnett. I then received a call from someone else who was also unable to help me but wanted to get more info and call me back. They then said I could probably get a refund but I had to sign a cancelation form first that said I agree to not getting my money back. ITs been 3 days wiht zero follow up and when I call I get the run around. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. THEY WILL JUST KEEP YOUR MONEY FOR A SERVICE YOU DIDNT RECEIVE. THEY WILL CONVINCE YOU THAT IF ANYTHI9NG COMES UP ITS NO WORRIES AND YOU WILL GET A REFUND. THEY ARE A SCAM .

It was a solid overall professional move.

I've transitioned through many places but this was by far the most incredible experience. The crew arrived early - a pleasant surprise. They got to work right away and impressed me with their speed and efficiency in packing all my belongings. One of the guys knew his way around to get things in the right place. The wrapping and packing of my electronics were so tight and nothing got damaged. They made it a very stressful day go off without a hitch.

Keep away your valuables from this company.

One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.

They did a great job from start to end.

Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
