Great service and lovely to deal with

I was really impressed with how this company found a team for our community center move. We had to shift heavy folding stages and dozens of metal stacks to the new building down the street. The coordination was great, and the crew they sent was incredibly strong. They stayed focused on the heavy lifting and got the job done before our afternoon event started. I am glad I did not have to search for a crew on my own.

Don’t trust this company

Should be zero stars offered! Terrible communication! Try to up charge then offered to send an auditor out to requote knowing that we had to be out by a certain date said they would call us the next day in the morning to reschedule someone coming out, they never called. It’s been over a week now and no one has called. They still have a deposit. We’ve had a higher different means to move out of state. They have not returned calls they don’t answer the phone ! awful moving company for a young family trying to set up somewhere else. It’s unreal how they just try to rip people off and then ignore phone calls and keep a deposit. Pathetic company ! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

It all worked out well!

These are some of the movers to consider. The crew turned up on time, respected your privacy, and were dressed in clean uniforms and arrived in a clean truck. They were very careful with packing, added extra bubble wrap and padding for my fragile items, and treated all things with such care. I was amazed at their willingness to use the correct tools to take apart my big furniture units when instead they would push them through narrow doorways. They also tidied up after themselves, sweeping up the small pieces of packing material. Really appreciated the extra effort.

Super professional and fast service.

So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.

It was a solid overall professional move.

I've transitioned through many places but this was by far the most incredible experience. The crew arrived early - a pleasant surprise. They got to work right away and impressed me with their speed and efficiency in packing all my belongings. One of the guys knew his way around to get things in the right place. The wrapping and packing of my electronics were so tight and nothing got damaged. They made it a very stressful day go off without a hitch.

It all worked out well!

I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. Happy to Hire them

We were downsizing from a house into a smaller place and had to figure out what to take and what to store. Menards Movers helped build a plan that gave us both options. The team was careful not to pack anything we had set aside, and they clearly separated what was going to storage. It made it much easier when we arrived at the new place, we had only what we needed to come with us.

They did a great job from start to end.

Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.

Awesome!

Our family relocation across the state was much easier because of the help we received here. They found a team that was ready for a long-distance trip with a lot of heavy stuff. I liked that the team from Menards Moving handled the paperwork and confirmed the dates with the movers directly. The crew was very strong and got our heavy mattresses and dining set into the new house by the evening. It was a very successful move for us.
