Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
We moved from one apartment to another with the help of Menards. The elevator access limitations in the building made this more difficult, but the movers were up for it. They worked well and didn't seem frustrated by additional challenges. Super professional and fast service.
We'd been told that we needed to relocate our office to a new building and it was a massive undertaking with lots of machinery and information that we needed to be careful about. The movers brought lots of packing supplies, including boxes of all sizes, crates for the electronics, and bubble wrap. Well done!
The experience was disappointing from the beginning. There were multiple delays, and communication was inconsistent throughout the process. I expected a much more professional service.
Highly recommended company! Joao, Kevin, and Brayan completely exceeded expectations from start to finish. They wrapped all of my furniture which is predominantly cream colored to ensure stains nor damage would occur during transit. I moved from a 4 story walk up to a 3 story walk up with literally zero issues. I was quoted for 5 hours they were done in 5 hours! I would call this company again easily. Best price in the area call them for your next move and make sure to ask for this trio!!!
We had Gustavo and David who were so kind and helpful! They even helped us figure out where to put the furniture in our new space as we were figuring out the layout. I took an extended lunch break and got everything done during that time and they helped us put together some of the furniture too. This was an awesome experience and I will be back with them next time I move. We love love love Menards Moving & Storage
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
This was an amazing moving experience, I just had to post! This team was early which was a good sign. They worked with a system that was very efficient. They covered my furniture with blankets and they even took apart some big furniture such as my dining table. They did the extra step to ensure my plants were placed in a secure location. Once they arrived at the new location, they put everything just where I wanted it.
