Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.
We downsized from a big house to a small condo. James was patient and didn’t rush us. He even helped us figure out what furniture would fit and what to leave behind. Super helpful.
My fragile collection of ceramics arrived perfectly intact. Each piece was wrapped, boxed securely, and unpacked with care. I’ve never felt so reassured during a move, and I truly appreciated that level of attention.
This was an amazing moving experience, I just had to post! This team was early which was a good sign. They worked with a system that was very efficient. They covered my furniture with blankets and they even took apart some big furniture such as my dining table. They did the extra step to ensure my plants were placed in a secure location. Once they arrived at the new location, they put everything just where I wanted it.
My antique piano was my biggest concern, but Carl and the team treated it with incredible care. Watching them wrap, lift, and position it safely made me confident I’d chosen the right movers.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
My mom has dementia and she called them to set up a move that was not even going to happen. They took 700 bucks as a down payment from her. I emailed and called them immediately several times to let them know that she was not moving and they never responded and kept the money. Coincidentally, her same bank account got hacked multiple times in the next couple of weeks after her giving them her info. Seems like a pretty shady business.
They handled my studio apartment relocation with amazing speed. Even with narrow staircases and heavy furniture, they managed every piece without a single issue. The movers stayed polite and cheerful the whole time, which helped a lot.
I've transitioned through many places but this was by far the most incredible experience. The crew arrived early - a pleasant surprise. They got to work right away and impressed me with their speed and efficiency in packing all my belongings. One of the guys knew his way around to get things in the right place. The wrapping and packing of my electronics were so tight and nothing got damaged. They made it a very stressful day go off without a hitch.
