It was a solid overall professional move.

I've transitioned through many places but this was by far the most incredible experience. The crew arrived early - a pleasant surprise. They got to work right away and impressed me with their speed and efficiency in packing all my belongings. One of the guys knew his way around to get things in the right place. The wrapping and packing of my electronics were so tight and nothing got damaged. They made it a very stressful day go off without a hitch.

Above and Beyond Service

I'm finally moving into a smaller condo after 20 years in a big house, and the amount of stuff I had was overwhelming. I didn't want to deal with 5 different moving companies, so I let this team handle the vetting for me. They found a crew that was incredibly patient while I figured out where the 40+ boxes of books were supposed to go. I highly recommend them if you want someone to take the administrative headache off your plate.

If I could do zero star I would

I was given a cost for the relocation, but when they were done, they informed me that there was an additional fee for the stairs. Please pardon me. When I made my reservation, I informed them that I reside on the third level. They're suddenly asking for an additional $300 for something we've already talked about? They were combative when I refused to pay the additional amount, claiming that I had signed a contract. Complete fraud.

Very Smooth Transition!

This was an amazing moving experience, I just had to post! This team was early which was a good sign. They worked with a system that was very efficient. They covered my furniture with blankets and they even took apart some big furniture such as my dining table. They did the extra step to ensure my plants were placed in a secure location. Once they arrived at the new location, they put everything just where I wanted it.

Super professional and fast service.

So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.

It all worked out well!

These are some of the movers to consider. The crew turned up on time, respected your privacy, and were dressed in clean uniforms and arrived in a clean truck. They were very careful with packing, added extra bubble wrap and padding for my fragile items, and treated all things with such care. I was amazed at their willingness to use the correct tools to take apart my big furniture units when instead they would push them through narrow doorways. They also tidied up after themselves, sweeping up the small pieces of packing material. Really appreciated the extra effort.

100% SCAM!!

Several of my boxes appeared to have been handled roughly during the move. I noticed some items needed extra attention when I unpacked them. I expected the movers to take more care with household belongings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

Recommended by me :)

I collect old arcade games. I found a 1981 Donkey Kong cabinet on Craigslist, but it was three hours away and weighed three hundred pounds. I called Menards Moving and asked if they haul arcade machines. He booked a guy with a trailer and furniture pads. The machine arrived with no screen damage, and the joystick still worked. High score still intact. That is how you know they drove carefully.
