Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
I highly recommend them. The movers brought special carts for our filing cabinets, and they managed to get everything into the new building without any issues. It was a long day, but Menards made it less stressful.
I was not looking for anything fancy; I just needed things to be arranged properly. They took my information and set up the move properly. I did not have to go back and fix anything later. For me, that was enough to feel satisfied.
I have used Menards Moving twice now, and both times the experience was very consistent. The best broker service I have ever worked with.
This business is a fraud. Just before the planned relocation day, they give you an inventory form to confirm the initial estimate they gave you. I completed the inventory and mailed it, but I never heard back. On the day of the relocation, subcontracted movers arrive and charge three times as much. Until you approve the amended cost, nothing will change. There was a lot of uncertainty about when my belongings would eventually arrive at my new apartment.
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
Couldn’t ask for a better moving company! From start to finish David and his team were all very professional! They packed, stored and unpacked our belongings like they were their own. From start to finish very satisfied with Menards Moving & Storage!!
I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
Called them on a Tuesday, had everything sorted by Thursday. The guy I spoke to was straightforward and did not try to upsell me on anything I did not need. My stuff arrived 5 days later. Using a broker service is quite helpful.
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
