Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
Top-notch service! I was so stressed about moving my kids to a new state, but Menards Moving actually made it pretty simple. Carl found us a great truck and stayed on the phone with me whenever I had a random question about our furniture.
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
This was an amazing moving experience, I just had to post! This team was early which was a good sign. They worked with a system that was very efficient. They covered my furniture with blankets and they even took apart some big furniture such as my dining table. They did the extra step to ensure my plants were placed in a secure location. Once they arrived at the new location, they put everything just where I wanted it.
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
Several of my boxes appeared to have been handled roughly during the move. I noticed some items needed extra attention when I unpacked them. I expected the movers to take more care with household belongings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
Giving this 5 stars because I did not feel lost at any stage. I knew who to contact and what was going on. Totally satisfied with the service!
We'd been told that we needed to relocate our office to a new building and it was a massive undertaking with lots of machinery and information that we needed to be careful about. The movers brought lots of packing supplies, including boxes of all sizes, crates for the electronics, and bubble wrap. Well done!
What an exceptional experience with this team. They were prompt, professional, and quick with their work. We hired them to complete a cross-country move from Gainesville to New York City and they achieved amazing results. Transport of our items took only 2 days! They even came prepared to remove our New York Apartment front door from its hinges to successfully get our couches through the entryway! Cannot recommend Menards Moving & Storage enough. You guys definitely earned that post-job meal!
Just know that they are a broker so the people who show up to move your stuff will be from a different company. But they are the best brokers in the area. Totally recommend them!
