Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
The crew who moved came early and began to work right away. They were very friendly, didn't take too much time, and responded to our questions when we had concerns. The only problem was that one wardrobe box had been lost during unloading, but was recovered soon and delivered later that day.
We'd been told that we needed to relocate our office to a new building and it was a massive undertaking with lots of machinery and information that we needed to be careful about. The movers brought lots of packing supplies, including boxes of all sizes, crates for the electronics, and bubble wrap. Well done!
One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.
The pricing was very affordable, especially for the quality of service I received. They worked efficiently, protected my furniture, and were just genuinely nice people to have around during a stressful move. I’d definitely recommend Menards Moving & Storage and if you can, ask for Duman and Eden—they were awesome.
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
We had an amazing experience with Vincent, Ian, Tucker, and Michelle! The team worked quickly, efficiently, helped me pack the little odds and ends I was stuck on, and communication was fantastic the entire time. They were so energetic and positive that the day flew by! Thanks again guys, we couldn’t have done it without you!
They were quick and efficient with loading all my boxes and furniture. They wrapped everything really well, and nothing was damaged in transport. When they arrived at the new location they put everything where it belonged based on box labels and labels on furniture, and checked in with me when they weren’t sure. They were polite, friendly, and professional.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
Menard increased our original quote from 4400 to 8600 and then to 10800. The contractor they worked with, Goodview, packed our piano in a way that made other packers tell us we could sue. Extremely hard to get ahold of. Required cash payments before we even saw our stuff at delivery. AVOID THEM. I think all the 5 stars are fake— scroll all the way back. When I asked for a manager I was told “I don’t have one” repeatedly and finally given a first name only. Spent an hour on hold trying to find our contractor who arrived alone (no one to help unpack) and then drove away and didn’t return for 7 hours. Appalling service.
I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!
