I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!
This was an amazing moving experience, I just had to post! This team was early which was a good sign. They worked with a system that was very efficient. They covered my furniture with blankets and they even took apart some big furniture such as my dining table. They did the extra step to ensure my plants were placed in a secure location. Once they arrived at the new location, they put everything just where I wanted it.
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
These are some of the movers to consider. The crew turned up on time, respected your privacy, and were dressed in clean uniforms and arrived in a clean truck. They were very careful with packing, added extra bubble wrap and padding for my fragile items, and treated all things with such care. I was amazed at their willingness to use the correct tools to take apart my big furniture units when instead they would push them through narrow doorways. They also tidied up after themselves, sweeping up the small pieces of packing material. Really appreciated the extra effort.
Several of my boxes appeared to have been handled roughly during the move. I noticed some items needed extra attention when I unpacked them. I expected the movers to take more care with household belongings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
The delivery took longer than originally expected, which caused problems with my schedule. I also found it difficult to get clear information about when the belongings would arrive. The uncertainty made an already busy moving day even more frustrating. Better communication would have helped considerably.
When I moved my grand piano during a winter move, I was concerned, but Menards made sure to put me in touch with those who know how to move pianos properly and also use climate-controlled trucking.
Honestly, I can’t think of a single complaint with the experience this broker company provided. They were extremely professional in handling my move, kept me informed throughout and arranged movers who took their work seriously. I couldn’t be more pleased!
