Do not use!!! Beware!!

Worst experience with moving company do not use. Literally from start told me they would pick up on Wednesday called several times to confirm date and time then tried to change my date to Thursday only one guy showed up 6 hrs late and alone when it was supposed to be a team, my belongings where to be delivered Friday 2 days later then got changed to delivery on Monday which is today and now they are saying 2-3 more days meanwhile my children are sleeping on the floor because we don’t have our beds and dnt know when we will be getting our things as they still have not been delivered and there has been no clear communication from Menards moving and storage on exactly when will be getting our belongings 🤬😤🤬😤

Super professional and fast service.

So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.

They Were Mind Blowing

Smoothest move ever!

Everything went smoothly.

We'd been told that we needed to relocate our office to a new building and it was a massive undertaking with lots of machinery and information that we needed to be careful about. The movers brought lots of packing supplies, including boxes of all sizes, crates for the electronics, and bubble wrap. Well done!

It all worked out well!

These are some of the movers to consider. The crew turned up on time, respected your privacy, and were dressed in clean uniforms and arrived in a clean truck. They were very careful with packing, added extra bubble wrap and padding for my fragile items, and treated all things with such care. I was amazed at their willingness to use the correct tools to take apart my big furniture units when instead they would push them through narrow doorways. They also tidied up after themselves, sweeping up the small pieces of packing material. Really appreciated the extra effort.

Keep away your valuables from this company.

One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.
