Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
Honestly, I can’t think of a single complaint with the experience this broker company provided. They handled my move with professionalism, kept me updated the entire time and matched me with movers who cared about doing things right. I couldn’t be more pleased!
My biggest fear was being overcharged after the move was done. I’ve heard all sorts of stories from friends. But Menards Moving & Storage was upfront about being a broker and explained the entire process before I booked. The movers they sent stuck to the estimate, and I didn’t get hit with surprise fees. It was refreshingly honest!
I changed my home office to another floor in the house. The movers carried my desk, computer, and printer with care. They were polite and careful the whole time.
This was an amazing moving experience, I just had to post! This team was early which was a good sign. They worked with a system that was very efficient. They covered my furniture with blankets and they even took apart some big furniture such as my dining table. They did the extra step to ensure my plants were placed in a secure location. Once they arrived at the new location, they put everything just where I wanted it.
We'd been told that we needed to relocate our office to a new building and it was a massive undertaking with lots of machinery and information that we needed to be careful about. The movers brought lots of packing supplies, including boxes of all sizes, crates for the electronics, and bubble wrap. Well done!
I was skeptical about using a broker moving company at first, but Menards Moving & Storage proved me wrong. I had a complicated move involving multiple stops, and they connected me with movers who handled it without a hitch. They stuck to the schedule and made sure my belongings were carefully packed and delivered on time. It was a brilliant experience for sure!
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
Menards Moving helped me find movers who had no problem dealing with three drop-off locations. Some items went to my place, a few to a storeroom, and the rest to my mom’s house. I was worried something would get mixed up, but everything showed up exactly where it was supposed to.
