Several of my boxes appeared to have been handled roughly during the move. I noticed some items needed extra attention when I unpacked them. I expected the movers to take more care with household belongings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
We were careful about choosing a moving company because I've had mixed experiences before. This time, it was handled properly. The crew came in and got straight into it without turning it into a big scene. I wasn't walking behind anyone or fixing small things afterward. My place came together faster than I expected. I could start putting things where I wanted without extra adjustments. It was a solid job, and I have no complaints about how it was done.
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
I only needed a few rooms moved to a storage, not the whole house. I told them that clearly because I didn't want to pay for more than I needed. They listened and searched for movers who fit that request. I also asked if unpacking could be included. They arranged it without turning it into a big deal. I didn't feel pushed toward anything extra. The setup matched exactly what I explained. It saved me time and cut down on the usual moving confusion.
