Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
Moving process: From start to end, they showed a great deal of professionalism. They treated our house with respect, worked without unnecessary breaks and ensured all wooden furniture was moved out the door in heavy quilted moving blankets.
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
They took apart our huge five-piece sectional sofa, packed each piece separately in protective wrapping plastic and blankets and then put it back together in our new living room in our desired spot.
Several boxes were handled more roughly than I was comfortable with. I noticed that some items had been shifted around inside the boxes after delivery. The movers could have taken more time with fragile belongings. I was not happy with the overall handling.
Overall, a very satisfactory experience. Everything arrived intact, including a small lampshade that got a slight crease along the way and a heavy glass curio cabinet.
Customer service ensured good communication in the weeks leading up to the pickup day, confirming access details and parking arrangements. After loading the truck, dispatch updated us daily on the progress of the 3-day trip to our new home.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
Several of my boxes appeared to have been handled roughly during the move. I noticed some items needed extra attention when I unpacked them. I expected the movers to take more care with household belongings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.
