I was amazed at how well the moving company that we used at Menards worked out. They communicated well, and everything went smoothly and was trustworthy.
Several of my boxes appeared to have been handled roughly during the move. I noticed some items needed extra attention when I unpacked them. I expected the movers to take more care with household belongings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with all of my belongings. I especially want to highlight Luis, Mario, and Rey—they were exceptional. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the entire moving process stress-free. They handled everything with care, communicated clearly throughout the day, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. It’s rare to find a crew that combines speed with such high-quality work, but they delivered on both.
Moving & Storage was an experience that didn't seem so stressful thanks to Menards Moving & Storage. They were very supportive and informative throughout the process. There was good coordination, and the crew took care of our belongings. They are a good choice for those considering a long-distance relocation.
I've transitioned through many places but this was by far the most incredible experience. The crew arrived early - a pleasant surprise. They got to work right away and impressed me with their speed and efficiency in packing all my belongings. One of the guys knew his way around to get things in the right place. The wrapping and packing of my electronics were so tight and nothing got damaged. They made it a very stressful day go off without a hitch.
One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.
Moving a few expensive pieces of furniture worried me a little. When I made my reservation, I brought it up, and they took note. The crew handled the goods that required more care on the day of the relocation because they already knew which ones needed it.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
I appreciated their multiple conversations to give me full clarity of what was to be expected. I will certainly utilize this company in the future, short or long moves. As a family of Real Estate agents, we will be HIGHLY RECOMMENDING them to ALL our clients both home and commercial. I could not be more pleased. Thank you very much.
