They arrived promptly, carefully packed all of my belongings, and even helped me sort through my belongings to determine which ones to keep and which ones to donate. No one on staff was careless or disrespectful with any of my possessions. I had zero concerns because they took care of everything from start to finish.
One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
