Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
I've transitioned through many places but this was by far the most incredible experience. The crew arrived early - a pleasant surprise. They got to work right away and impressed me with their speed and efficiency in packing all my belongings. One of the guys knew his way around to get things in the right place. The wrapping and packing of my electronics were so tight and nothing got damaged. They made it a very stressful day go off without a hitch.
I used this service because I needed movers on short notice and didn’t know where to start. They found a crew that was available and fit the type of move I had. I wasn’t stuck making calls or waiting around for answers. The movers arrived when expected and completed the job as planned. It worked out well and saved me time. The experience felt simple and stress-free from start to finish.
Moving out of state felt difficult, especially trying to choose the right movers. Menards helped narrow down the options and handled the setup for me. They found a reliable moving company and explained what paperwork was needed and how the schedule would work. I didn’t have to research companies on my own. The planning was more organized, which helped me focus on preparing instead of worrying about details.
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
Several of my boxes appeared to have been handled roughly during the move. I noticed some items needed extra attention when I unpacked them. I expected the movers to take more care with household belongings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
If you're moving do not use these people I thought that if you paid somebody to do a job that would be the end of it. Well the movers got there to pick up they said that I have to pay an extra money to take my stuff a 1 bedroom of handmade log furniture I had told the broker that I had log furniture I guess she didn't know what that was. My furniture was really scraped up holes bedded into it you cannot fix it I paid over 6000 dollars to get my damaged furniture. I had to pay cash after the movers loaded it up I am really disappointed and we tipped these guys 70 a piece to damage my furniture .you make your own mind about this copany
What stood out to me was how flexible the service felt. My situation wasn’t simple, and I needed storage included. Instead of sending me off to figure it out, Menards Moving found movers who could handle both the move and temporary storage through their partners. That kind of coordination is why using a broker made sense for me. The whole move was arranged ahead of time, and I didn’t have to juggle multiple companies myself. Easily the best moving experience I have had so far.
I was skeptical at first about using a broker, but these guys really proved their value. They took the time to understand what I needed, explained how the move works, and matched me with movers who also handled packing. That was a huge help because I didn't have the time to do it myself. The whole move went smoothly, and there were no unexpected issues. It was definitely less stressful than trying to organize on my own.
