Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
Menards Moving & Storage did a fantastic job with our move. We had them pack and move, and they were thorough, careful, and friendly. Gustavo and his crew were great to work with, and I would absolutely hire them again.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
We moved from one apartment to another with the help of Menards. The elevator access limitations in the building made this more difficult, but the movers were up for it. They worked well and didn't seem frustrated by additional challenges. Super professional and fast service.
One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.
The movers arrived fully prepared and handled everything with impressive care. They stayed organized throughout the move and completed the job without any delays. I was extremely satisfied with the service.
Several of my boxes appeared to have been handled roughly during the move. I noticed some items needed extra attention when I unpacked them. I expected the movers to take more care with household belongings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
Unfortunately, my experience was not great. A few items were scratched during the move, and nobody followed up about the damage. I expected much better customer service.
I've transitioned through many places but this was by far the most incredible experience. The crew arrived early - a pleasant surprise. They got to work right away and impressed me with their speed and efficiency in packing all my belongings. One of the guys knew his way around to get things in the right place. The wrapping and packing of my electronics were so tight and nothing got damaged. They made it a very stressful day go off without a hitch.
Very disappointed with this moving company. The crew arrived late and seemed unprepared for the job. The move took much longer than expected, and communication was poor throughout the process.
