All of this experience was well organized. The way they handled scheduling, transportation and unloading was very professional and efficient.
One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.
Now our antique furniture had to be moved, but our dream home was ready. Fortunately, this company's movers handled each item. They wrapped and secured everything perfectly, so there was not a single scratch! Thank you so, so much!

My experience with this moving company was very disappointing. The crew arrived much later than the scheduled time, and there was very little communication about the delay. The move took much longer than expected, and I was left frustrated.
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
I wish I didn’t even have to give a single star. Saying they screwed us doesn’t begin to cover it. We paid $1,200 for someone to completely miscalculate the cubic feet we needed , not just a little off, but double the amount wrong. They told us 500 cu ft would fit everything. When the movers arrived, they immediately said there was no way even half of our items would fit. Our price jumped from $1,900 to over $5,000. Management was absolutely no help. Please save yourself the headache and do NOT use this company. The actual movers (Interstate McKinzie Movers) who came were great, but Mendars was horrible.
I've transitioned through many places but this was by far the most incredible experience. The crew arrived early - a pleasant surprise. They got to work right away and impressed me with their speed and efficiency in packing all my belongings. One of the guys knew his way around to get things in the right place. The wrapping and packing of my electronics were so tight and nothing got damaged. They made it a very stressful day go off without a hitch.
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
