Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
Was very grateful to my moving coordinator for keeping an inventory list. Thanks to his careful supervision, all my things were delivered to me. He even made sure to double check during unloading to ensure everything had made it over. Well done to him!
We'd been told that we needed to relocate our office to a new building and it was a massive undertaking with lots of machinery and information that we needed to be careful about. The movers brought lots of packing supplies, including boxes of all sizes, crates for the electronics, and bubble wrap. Well done!
These movers were super-efficient and helpful in getting us out of our old apartment and into our new one. Even though we had a lot of stuff, they stayed positive the whole time. I highly recommend Menards Moving and Storage!
I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
These are some of the movers to consider. The crew turned up on time, respected your privacy, and were dressed in clean uniforms and arrived in a clean truck. They were very careful with packing, added extra bubble wrap and padding for my fragile items, and treated all things with such care. I was amazed at their willingness to use the correct tools to take apart my big furniture units when instead they would push them through narrow doorways. They also tidied up after themselves, sweeping up the small pieces of packing material. Really appreciated the extra effort.
The courteous staff from this company went out of their way to accommodate my packing requests. They noted down and ensured that the moving crew arrived with necessary custom-packing supplies for my antique collection. Plus, they packed them with excellent precision and cautiousness too. I was grateful beyond measure to them because I received them all in awesome shape!
The customer support service with Menards Moving was outstanding. I had a last-minute change in my schedule, and Thomas was incredibly accommodating. He swiftly adjusted the moving date and even offered suggestions to make the transition smoother. I truly appreciated his generosity!
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
Worst Moving Experience Ever - Avoid Menards Moving Service Hiring Menards Moving Service added immense stress and financial strain to my out-of-state move from Georgia to Texas. Their sales agent Zac deserves the "Salesperson of the Year" award for telling you what you want to hear just to get the sale. Once you sign the contract, you will never hear from him again. They will defer you to customer service agents who provide no assistance whatsoever. This company is not a moving company; they are a broker, which is not stated clearly in their advertising or sales pitch. They hire a third-party moving company, which you can do yourself. They provide no bridge between you and the mover, referring to the mover as "dispatch." I was told my items would be delivered between 3 to 10 business days. I did not receive my items until after three weeks, with poor communication throughout. Anytime there was a delay, I was not informed until I called to see why my items had not been delivered. Once it was past the delivery date, I was promised three different delivery dates, all of which they failed to meet. Finally, after much frustration and financial straining, my items arrived. I called Menards and asked to speak to a supervisor or owner multiple times. None of my calls were ever returned. I was given an email to request a supervisor in detail about my experience, but this email was never responded to. Additionally, I ended up being charged three times the price quoted by Zac. This company will rip you off, provide financial strain, and add more stress to your move. You’re better off either moving your items yourself or selling your items and purchasing new items at your new location. Trust me, it will cost you less money. After asking if I could be provided a discount due to them not meeting the obligation for the estimated delivery date, I was told by Menard’s that this was not an option. By law, they have 21 days to deliver an item, even though I was quoted 3 to 10 days. When I reached out to "dispatch," a.k.a. the third-party moving company, they understood the stress and financial strain and were willing to give me a hefty discount. They mentioned that Menards never even reached out to them to ask if anything could be taken off the price. What is the point of having a broker if they are not even going to bridge the gap between you and the mover to get you the best option? I do not recommend Menards. The five-star reviews are all fake from employees. If you read the reviews that the owners respond to, you will see the unprofessionalism in their responses. Save yourself the trouble, the stress, and the financial strain. Move your items yourself or find a reputable moving company. Do not believe the false estimates on delivery dates, costs, and experiences.
