The movers were incredibly kind and patient. They didn’t rush decisions or act like it was just another job. I could see they cared, and that helped all of us get through the day without feeling overwhelmed.
I had a last-minute change in my moving dates, and I worried it would be a disaster. Thankfully, the broker worked with me to reschedule and still secured a licensed carrier. Everything worked out, and my belongings arrived on the new timeline.
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.

One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.
Do not be deceived by low prices, they will raise them in you the day of the move. I had numerous boxes and items stolen during my move, the claims process to be compensated was horrible and I was uncompensated. In addition, nearly every piece of furniture that was moved was damaged, the movers and entire staff are extremely unprofessional.
Several of my boxes appeared to have been handled roughly during the move. I noticed some items needed extra attention when I unpacked them. I expected the movers to take more care with household belongings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
I needed to move on short notice, and I felt overwhelmed. John arranged a licensed carrier within a day. The movers showed up when promised, and all my things arrived safely. I’m thankful for how fast everything was handled.
We'd been told that we needed to relocate our office to a new building and it was a massive undertaking with lots of machinery and information that we needed to be careful about. The movers brought lots of packing supplies, including boxes of all sizes, crates for the electronics, and bubble wrap. Well done!
