I was amazed at how well the moving company that we used at Menards worked out. They communicated well, and everything went smoothly and was trustworthy.
This was an amazing moving experience, I just had to post! This team was early which was a good sign. They worked with a system that was very efficient. They covered my furniture with blankets and they even took apart some big furniture such as my dining table. They did the extra step to ensure my plants were placed in a secure location. Once they arrived at the new location, they put everything just where I wanted it.
Menards Moving & Storage also provided wardrobe boxes & tape for no extra fee! Most moving companies charge for wardrobe boxes, so this was a big time saver! Gustavo & his guys were non-stop for about 5 hours, moving from a 2nd floor apt to a 3rd floor apt. Nothing was damaged or lost. They guys were fun, friendly, and accommodating.

So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.

There was good coordination, and the crew took care of our belongings. They are a good choice for those considering a long-distance relocation.
One of my furniture pieces was damaged while being moved into the new home. I had expected the crew to take extra precautions with larger items. The damage was disappointing and could have been avoided with more careful handling. I was not happy with the service.
I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
Thanks to these guys moving day was a cakewalk. They even covered the floors and carpets which I was happy to see. They were very mindful of where they put my furniture, they would always ask where I would like it etc. The truck was immaculate and loaded with all the moving supplies required; dollies, straps etc. They truly did so much to make sure everything was right.
