Moving company in Lake Worth, FL
This is a team that truly executes. If you're looking for movers who are fast, professional, and can handle whatever curveballs come their way, look no further. Highly recommend — I would absolutely use them again!
Menard increased our original quote from 4400 to 8600 and then to 10800. The contractor they worked with, Goodview, packed our piano in a way that made other packers tell us we could sue. Extremely hard to get ahold of. Required cash payments before we even saw our stuff at delivery. AVOID THEM. I think all the 5 stars are fake— scroll all the way back. When I asked for a manager I was told “I don’t have one” repeatedly and finally given a first name only. Spent an hour on hold trying to find our contractor who arrived alone (no one to help unpack) and then drove away and didn’t return for 7 hours. Appalling service.
This was the second time using them, and they’re still just as efficient and just as professional as the first. Josh, Eddie, and Tony were punctual and friendly. All three knew what they were doing and couldn’t have asked for more. The logistics of the move was labor intensive but they all went above and beyond to make it happen. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to move!
They had 3 flights of stairs to go up and down 357 times & they were fast, careful, professional, & friendly. Super honest & removed any fees for supplies or services not used. I'm really grateful for this local business and the amazing crews they've got. My fiance used their services, too & he was also really impressed. Thank you guys & Menards Moving & Storage that helped us!
Menards Moving & Storage got the job done! Tanner and his crews spent two days in our home packing and moving or entire household to storage. Courteous and professional communication and execution through the entire process. I look forward to completing our move and having them deliver to our new home. Thank you!
The crew arrived behind schedule and did not provide a clear explanation for the delay. Once they arrived, the work progressed much more slowly than I had expected. The entire move ended up taking most of the day. It was a stressful experience overall.
So, I knew that I had to make a hasty move, at the last moment. I did a whirl and called this moving company which managed to fit me in even though they were booked solid. They worked quickly but didn't rush or break anything. They carefully packed my delicate belongings. They got everything done ahead of schedule. I was really AMAZED by how they dealt with my move-in emergency.
We'd been told that we needed to relocate our office to a new building and it was a massive undertaking with lots of machinery and information that we needed to be careful about. The movers brought lots of packing supplies, including boxes of all sizes, crates for the electronics, and bubble wrap. Well done!
I've just moved recently and was very happy with the service. They came on time, handled all the packing and unpacking very carefully, and did not have any problems in the process. They have very carefully picked up all of my electronics and ensured that everything was safe in the truck. What a wonderful experience and all the arrangements were so smooth, I'm so happy!
This was an amazing moving experience, I just had to post! This team was early which was a good sign. They worked with a system that was very efficient. They covered my furniture with blankets and they even took apart some big furniture such as my dining table. They did the extra step to ensure my plants were placed in a secure location. Once they arrived at the new location, they put everything just where I wanted it.
