The space had an awkward freight elevator and a narrow hallway, but they managed to figure it out. I watched them angle a bulky desk around the corner without even bumping the wall. They also helped reassemble the shelving when we got in. It saved me a lot of time that day.

They even helped set up the beds so we could sleep comfortably that night. I'd definitely call them again.

However, what really impressed me was how carefully they handled my glass furniture. Everything arrived without a scratch, which was such a relief. I was nervous about my computer equipment and artwork, but they packed everything with care, using blankets and straps to keep it all secure. At the new place, they helped unpack and didn’t leave until I gave the okay. It felt like they really cared about getting it right.

Read More I was relocating my home office, and a lot of my stuff was oddly shaped or fragile—tripods, lighting kits, whiteboards. The crew from Mayzlin Relocation LLC didn’t treat it like an ordinary move. They wrapped each piece with care, asked how I wanted things packed, and gave special attention to the electronics. Everything worked perfectly when I set it up again. Definitely a great experience if you’ve got non-standard stuff like I did.

Read More I recently moved my music equipment, including some delicate recording gear, to a new studio space, and Mayzlin Relocation LLC handled everything with care. They used extra padding for my speakers, didn’t stack anything that shouldn’t be, and asked questions instead of guessing. I’ve had gear damaged in past moves, but this time, nothing went wrong. That kind of attention means everything when you’re moving sensitive equipment.

Read More We hired Mayzlin for a cross country move from California to NC. The sales guy (Jack) made it sound like this would be a smooth operation as Mayzlin has offices in both SoCal and Charlotte. Currently, we are in limbo with our stuff in a warehouse and no indication on when they will ship it to us. Both my wife and I work remote and have to make do with an empty house while we await some sort of notice. The Good The crew that showed up. They were really professional and loaded up the truck with care. Really nice guys and were pretty careful with the loading. The Bad No communication. “Jack” the sales guy who promised to be with us the whole move is ghosting us. The customer service responds with basic “when the truck is loaded you’ll get a call from dispatch.” No indication of when we can expect the move even though we scheduled our move in advance. On top of all that, they also charged us more at pick up. So as of right now, they’re a 1 star review. If they reach out and be more transparent and deliver our household to us I will reconsider and change the review.

I appreciated how they took their time with the fragile items and didn’t rush the process. It was comforting to see how respectful they were. It turned a very emotional day into a smooth one.
