The moving crew arrived on time, and they came equipped with shoe covers to protect our floors, which was a nice touch. They carefully wrapped our furniture in thick blankets and secured it with plastic wrap, ensuring no damage occurred. The truck was clean and well-maintained, making for a smooth and stress-free move.
Robert and Nelson were like game-changers while packing and wrapping my delicate sculptures, macrame and novelty barware! And yes, their services were affordable too! You won't regret bringing them on board, dude!
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

I had previously provided them with the full estimate when they requested the down payment. I requested him to begin packing my things just now so we could move on to the new location. The employees seemed resentful of having to work so late, and they WERE NOT COURTEOUS with my belongings.
