My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
The staff's performance was outstanding, well beyond my expectations. Those five moves with my wife are the most memorable, even though I've travelled quite a bit. These movers are the most professional, hardworking and courteous I've ever dealt with. Mayzlin Relocation LLC has an exceptional staff and only hires the best. My deepest gratitude and respect go out to them.
I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
The movers ultimately arrived after six hours. The foreman wanted to talk about money and fees before even beginning to move the boxes, and they were impolite and lacked masks. I had previously provided them with the full estimate when they requested the down payment. I requested him to begin packing my things just now so we could move on to the new location. The employees seemed resentful of having to work so late, and they WERE NOT COURTEOUS with my belongings.
Using this service made what could have been a stressful time of moving feel more planned and efficient. I cannot convey how much I adore them.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
These men were punctual, hardworking, and didn't take any breaks. They completed the group project with great cooperation, and they were also quite good at following up and making first contact. Knowledge, ability, and care were on display from every participant. It means a lot to me.
