I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
They did a great job moving all of my things. In less than few hours, they packed up my whole flat, took all of my things and put them all on the truck. What they did to store my things was quick and exactly what they said they would do.
I am always suggesting this organization to others in the hopes that they will receive the same outstanding service that I had because I was lucky enough to hear about them from a friend. Mayzlin Relocation LLC, and incredible teammates, Tyler and William, have my deepest gratitude. skilled, motivated, and competent.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
We had a recent relocation with Mayzlin Relocation LLC, and a rating of only five stars doesn't do them justice. David, the estimator, was really friendly, and the whole crew was quite cordial; they responded quickly to all of my inquiries.
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.

I had previously provided them with the full estimate when they requested the down payment. I requested him to begin packing my things just now so we could move on to the new location. The employees seemed resentful of having to work so late, and they WERE NOT COURTEOUS with my belongings.
