The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
The movers ultimately arrived after six hours. The foreman wanted to talk about money and fees before even beginning to move the boxes, and they were impolite and lacked masks. I had previously provided them with the full estimate when they requested the down payment. I requested him to begin packing my things just now so we could move on to the new location. The employees seemed resentful of having to work so late, and they WERE NOT COURTEOUS with my belongings.
Mayzlin Relocation LLC is totally reliable. They said they'd be at my place at 11:00 AM, and boom, they were there! Not a second late! The crew was super polite and quick, loading all my stuff into the truck. They even laid down these protective thingies to keep my new floors clean. Thanks to them, my move was smooth sailing.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
The movers were amazing with our big family during our recent move. They were incredibly organized, responsive to everyone's needs and made sure each family member's belongings were packed and labeled correctly. Plus, 2 of them even went out of their way to grab wardrobe boxes for seasonal clothing. They treated all the possessions with terrific care and ensured the delivery was on time. We are glad we hired them!
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

They packed up all my clothes, furniture, and even my appliances with ease. They used vacuum bags, shrink wrap, and pads to pack everything tightly. They were always on time and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They also handled my fridge, my oven, and my dishwasher, with care. These guys are top-notch!!
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
