Customer Highlights

I would highly recommend working with this team.

We had a wonderful experience with Matthew and Davis. They arrived, introduced themselves, and were very professional throughout the move. They handled every piece of furniture carefully and wanted to get the job finished quickly. Their professionalism, sense of urgency, and focus on doing the job right are rare in the moving industry! I'll be recommending Mayzlin Relocation LLC to everyone I know.

Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.

I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.

I expected a much smoother experience.

Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

BAD PEOPLE!

The movers ultimately arrived after six hours. The foreman wanted to talk about money and fees before even beginning to move the boxes, and they were impolite and lacked masks. I had previously provided them with the full estimate when they requested the down payment. I requested him to begin packing my things just now so we could move on to the new location. The employees seemed resentful of having to work so late, and they WERE NOT COURTEOUS with my belongings.

Overall, the experience was disappointing.

The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Absolutely THE BEST!!!

The movers were very thoughtful. They had a way of folding my clothes so they didn’t get wrinkled. They used a small dolly for my heavy pots. They were very quiet and worked well together. They put my blankets in a bag that kept them fluffy.

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
