Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. There were unexpected delays, and getting updates from customer support was difficult. I expected a much smoother experience.
The movers ultimately arrived after six hours. The foreman wanted to talk about money and fees before even beginning to move the boxes, and they were impolite and lacked masks. I had previously provided them with the full estimate when they requested the down payment. I requested him to begin packing my things just now so we could move on to the new location. The employees seemed resentful of having to work so late, and they WERE NOT COURTEOUS with my belongings.
The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
Although we were on a limited budget, the company offered reasonable prices without compromising on quality. Even though we didn't pay for extra packing services, the movers treated our belongings with professionalism and care. They secured everything neatly in the truck and covered all of our furniture with blankets. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and we received excellent service without exceeding our budget.
My move was delayed because the crew arrived without the proper equipment. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day process. Very disappointing experience.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
The movers' level of efficiency is unprecedented. They had a strategy for every possible move, so it was clear they knew what they were doing. Despite their rapid work, nothing seemed rushed. Crucially, they did not skimp on it.
My family and I recently moved from X to Y with this company I felt anxious about the long-distance move, but they helped me relax by keeping me informed throughout the process. The movers were polite, professional, and punctual. They assisted with unloading the truck and settling into our new house, taking excellent care of our belongings. I was very pleased with this company; our long-distance move was a breeze thanks to them.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
