Simple, Seamless and Satisfactory!!!

I moved my small photography studio and home all in one trip. The studio had lights, props, backdrops, and several camera cases. The team took extra time with each item and packed it so nothing got jostled. I was nervous about damage, but when I unpacked, not a single thing was scratched or out of place. It made the restart in the new space feel effortless.

Great Customers Services!

I moved from a furnished apartment into an unfurnished unit and had to bring in furniture from storage. The movers handled everything, from a large sectional to fragile kitchenware. They organized the truck in a way that made unloading simple, which helped a lot since I was doing most of the unpacking solo. They were fast, polite, and got everything in without damaging a thing.

Arrived on time with great attitudes.

I had a short window between leases and needed everything moved into a friend's garage for a couple of weeks. The movers made it work and helped stack things efficiently, so I'd have room to walk in and out. They weren't in a rush to leave and even asked if I needed help rearranging a few things. I appreciated how thoughtful they were.

Keep away your valuables from this company.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.

Overall, the experience was disappointing.

The movers arrived much later than the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Worst Joke Ever.

I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.

BAD PEOPLE!

The movers ultimately arrived after six hours. The foreman wanted to talk about money and fees before even beginning to move the boxes, and they were impolite and lacked masks. I had previously provided them with the full estimate when they requested the down payment. I requested him to begin packing my things just now so we could move on to the new location. The employees seemed resentful of having to work so late, and they WERE NOT COURTEOUS with my belongings.

Poor estimate and poor communication

This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
