DO NOT USE UNITED VAN LINES !!! Property was destroyed - I paid for 0 deductibe insurance - getting total run around trying to get paid for damage. Claims department is horrible !!! chose someone else for your move - stay away. Delivery was late and damaged.

Read More When it came to packing up the truck the guys were phenomenal. However, when we bought our home, we called up mayflower a month in advance to schedule the delivery of our items. When the day came, December 20 2021, only half of our items arrived. We still have yet to get the rest of our stuff. It’s been almost a month since delivery and we have reached out every day just to get the same response. We feel as though we are getting the run around. They can’t seem to find our items and we were told this is the first time this has happened. A lot of the items missing are family heirlooms that cannot be replaced. This is honestly the most ridiculous thing ever. Please, if you value your things, use a different company.

Read More The Mayflower Moving Co moved my military families entire household contents. Their truck caught on fire (brakes overheated so they said. Plus items that should of not burned up were missing from the truck!!!) causing everything my family owned for 30 years to be completely destroyed. We purchased their additional insurance and they wouldn’t honor the insurance because they claimed we had to pay for the COD for delivery! There was nothing to deliver! They destroyed every memory and item we owned! I was left with an empty house for a family of 5. Do not ever use this company to move your items!!!

Read More We contracted with Mayflower/Sullivan to move my parents from Arizona to Connecticut. The entire experience was excellent from the initial estimate visit to the packing, car transport, truck loading and unloading. Everyone we dealt with was professional and respectful of our property. Everything happened on the schedule we were given. Rich was great to work with. Linda did an excellent job coordinating the schedule and Bill and his team did a great job with the truck loading, moving and unloading. I recommend them without reservation.

Read More I recently moved and everything was difficult except my experience with Mayflower. They were amazing. My closing was delayed over a week and they worked with me and made a very difficult situation much easier. I cant say how great they were. Kayla my contact there was so great. The movers were professional and clean. I would use them again for sure.
