I lost thousands of dollars of personal items. Especially from my Mom an alligator pouch with her papers, and my deceased brother. Six years later and Im still sick over it. Do Not use!
I got the assistance of three persons on the spot who proved competent and efficient. I've never had such excellent customer service. Leroy was the one who assisted me; he was quite helpful.
Martin and Noel worked together competently to move big equipment like the refrigerator and washing machine onto the moving truck as the ground floor of my old house progressively became empty.
Hi, I've used Lippincott 3 times. The 3rd time was terrible. We were paying $270/month for climate controlled/professional storage for my dad. His restoration hardware leather sofas came back completely ruined, with mold, water stains and all they offered was $75 in compensation. What a complete joke. If your considering Lippincott, pay for the premium replacement value insurance as it was pretty evident once in storage, they don't pay any attention to the quality of their storage. Not good business guys.
If I had the option for zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible company! They were contracted for our military move to deliver our things to Rhode Island. Our items were stored in their warehouse in CT for three weeks until they could deliver (which we knew about ahead of time). In those three weeks, our couch and side rails to our bed went missing making our bed frame unusable. Upon delivery of our goods, we noted these were missing and movers contacted warehouse. It has now been almost two months since our delivery and even though we have contacted Kevin our contact at the company MULTIPLE times, he has refused to return our calls regarding our missing items. Company is also not setting up a date to pick up boxes after multiple requests. Base quality assurance has also gotten involved and no return phone calls from Kevin to them either. Movers showed up in a rented U-Haul and unprofessional attire with our items improperly arrange so items were broken. Many of our items were damaged as plastic wrapping and moving blankets had already been removed prior to loading. Deep gouges, large scratches, and rushed at the end of the day to fill out paperwork. Avoid this company at all costs!
This is only a review of the guys that came to load our household goods. Paul and his crew were polite and respectful. As a single female left here to deal with this process it was appreciated that they were respectful. I was highly impressed with their honesty and integrity as they found a lost wedding ring, missing for over 6 months, and immediately they brought it to my attention. They made sure all of our high value items were securely packaged and handled gently. Furniture was treated with care. Breakable items were wrapped and covered. Pro gear and motorcycle were treated with care. I can only hope that the rest of this process goes as smoothly and the other crews involved are as competent. 4 stars only because they were running late.
Jonathan and Ryan were awesome. Efficient and friendly. And as a single woman, no creeper vibes at all (ladies know what I mean). 11 out of 10!
