Read More I had the absolute worst experience with this moving service last month. First off, they showed up nearly three hours late without even a heads-up call. When they finally arrived, the crew looked disorganized and rushed, tossing my precious paintings into the truck like they were just random junk. At one point, I actually heard a loud thud and saw one mover casually shrug as if nothing happened. By the time they were finished loading, two frames were cracked, and several of my ceramic collectibles were chipped. Not only that, but they also lost track of one box containing my kitchenware. I ended up having to replace half my dishes. It was such a stressful day—truly a nightmare. I wouldn’t trust them with a single item again.

They bickered among themselves nonstop, and one guy took multiple smoke breaks right in front of my open boxes, letting ash and cigarette smell drift inside. To top it off, they somehow managed to lock the keys to the moving truck in the cab, which delayed the entire process for hours. Everything started fine when I booked them over the phone, but on moving day they upped the rate because they claimed I had more stuff than they estimated. Keep in mind, I meticulously listed every item, from my old sofa to my set of wooden kitchen stools, so they definitely knew what to expect. During the move, they carelessly rolled my antique dresser across the sidewalk without laying down any protection. The bottom ended up getting scraped so badly that two legs were almost shaved flat. By the end of the ordeal, my living room looked like it had been through a tornado—scratches on the walls, dirty footprints everywhere, and even an open box of my clothes left in the rain. Never again!
