Everything started fine when I booked them over the phone, but on moving day they upped the rate because they claimed I had more stuff than they estimated. Keep in mind, I meticulously listed every item, from my old sofa to my set of wooden kitchen stools, so they definitely knew what to expect. During the move, they carelessly rolled my antique dresser across the sidewalk without laying down any protection. The bottom ended up getting scraped so badly that two legs were almost shaved flat. By the end of the ordeal, my living room looked like it had been through a tornado—scratches on the walls, dirty footprints everywhere, and even an open box of my clothes left in the rain. Never again!
