10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.
Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.

I moved from one office suite to another in the same building. The movers carried desks, chairs, and filing cabinets down the hall and into the new unit. Each cabinet was handled upright so none of the drawers slid out. They placed the desks along the walls as I asked and set the chairs around the tables. The whole job was done before lunchtime.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.

The movers carried gym equipment for me, including a treadmill and weight rack. They knew exactly how to break down the pieces, carry them out, and rebuild them in the new house. Everything was tightened and secure when they finished. It saved me hours of work and heavy lifting. Watching them move that treadmill up the stairs was impressive. If I ever need to move bulky items again, I’ll be calling them first.
