We moved into a newly built home with brand-new floors. The crew laid down runners, carried in a sectional dining table, and all our boxes. No scratches anywhere. I'd recommend them to anyone moving.
I had to move my treadmill, weights, and bike to a new place. The movers lifted everything like pros, loaded it tightly, and set it all down exactly where I needed. Whole process so easy!
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.

They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.

Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
