Moving company in Garfield, NJ
I emptied a storage unit and moved back into my apartment. The movers carried everything upstairs, stacked boxes neatly, and placed furniture where I asked. They finished earlier than I expected, which was nice.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.
I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.
Our storage unit had to be emptied before the end of the month. The movers carried out couches, shelves, and bins. They stacked the truck neatly and unloaded everything without a problem. Super PRECISE and ON TIME!
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.
Honestly, I didn’t think moving a garden shed was possible. The movers proved me wrong. They disassembled the shed, loaded each panel, and reassembled it in my new backyard. All my gardening tools were boxed and carried separately. By the end of the day, it looked like the shed had always been there. That kind of work deserves recognition, so I’m leaving this review.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
