The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
I contacted movers for a furniture swap. I needed my couch taken out and a new one brought in from a store nearby. They arrived on time, carried the old couch carefully outside, and loaded the new one from the store into my living room. They set it exactly where I asked and adjusted it until it looked right. The whole thing took less than an hour.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
The movers carried gym equipment for me, including a treadmill and weight rack. They knew exactly how to break down the pieces, carry them out, and rebuild them in the new house. Everything was tightened and secure when they finished. It saved me hours of work and heavy lifting. Watching them move that treadmill up the stairs was impressive. If I ever need to move bulky items again, I’ll be calling them first.
