Moving company in Garfield, NJ
Relocating out of state felt like such a big job, but everything went perfectly. The movers were organized, communicated clearly, and delivered on time. Not a single thing was damaged, which made me so grateful for their hard work.
These movers really impressed me. They handled my heaviest furniture without a single scratch and were careful not to damage walls or floors. They worked quickly, but it never felt rushed or careless. They also labeled boxes clearly, so I knew exactly where everything was when it came time to unpack. Their friendly attitude made a big difference, and I'd recommend them to anyone.
Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.
Moving my grandfather clock was my biggest concern, but the team did an excellent job. They wrapped it securely, kept it upright, and delivered it without a scratch. I couldn't be more thankful.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
Our business needed to relocate several large filing cabinets and computer stations. The movers wrapped and secured every piece of equipment as if it were fragile. Cables were bagged and labeled, making setup so much easier in the new location. Their professionalism meant we could focus on our clients instead of worrying about our office furniture or electronics getting damaged.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
I'm beyond happy with the way my move was handled. The team was efficient, friendly, and experienced. They wrapped my furniture carefully, stacked boxes neatly, and took extra precautions to make sure nothing was damaged in transit. They even helped move a few extra items I hadn't originally planned on, without complaint. It's rare to find such accommodating service, but these movers went above and beyond.
My was managed perfectly by Howards Van Line. The team packed boxes efficiently, carried everything carefully, and had me moved in no time. Their professional yet friendly approach turned what I expected to be stressful into relief.
